I see myself as a seeker. A seeker of spirit, knowledge, self. I seek the answer to why am I here. What is my purpose on this planet.  I seek to make a difference in this world. “To Be The Change I Want To See”.

I live in beautiful Colorado, at the  base of the mountains, along the front range.

I love my husband and my children to the ends of our lifetimes. I love to hike my beloved mountains. I love to travel, write, read, play my guitars, dance, do yoga and spend time with my friends.  I love to jog and ride bike. I love quiet evenings and nature. I want to live life to the fullest and become the best sentient being I know how to be.

Yoga is one of my passions.  I want to know and understand yoga and its deeper levels. To bring body, mind, and spirit into a state of harmony and balance within my practice.

There is so much I still want to do in this lifetime.  Most of all, I want to be a part of the change that is taking place in the world today. This change that is occurring in our collective consciousness. More and more of us are awakening to a deeper presence and purpose. I want to be a part of that, as we work toward a more positive future together.  We can be the change we want to see!
